Fardin’s civil engineering background and business experience were crucial to Templit’s development. His technical knowledge from engineering studies and practical experience managing a sand quarry provided insights into diverse temperature control needs. Fardin’s expertise in business optimization and cost-effectiveness helped shape Templit’s approach to creating an efficient, implementable HVAC solution. His focus on productivity improvement and experience with mergers and acquisitions contributed to the project’s market viability. Fardin’s ongoing discussions with Farzad about temperature control challenges in various settings fostered the collaborative environment that led to Templit’s innovative concept, blending technical know-how with practical business acumen.

Farzad Javaheri

COO and Co-founder

Farzad holds an MSc in Chemistry and brings extensive experience in energy management and factory operations. As a factory owner, Farzad Javaheri directly experienced the challenges of maintaining precise temperatures in warehouses to preserve raw materials while managing energy costs. His extensive experience in energy management revealed inefficiencies in traditional HVAC systems, highlighting potential areas for improvement. Farzad’s environmental concerns, particularly regarding global warming, motivated him to seek energy-efficient solutions. Additionally, his experience in personnel management underscored the need for personalized comfort in workspaces while maintaining energy efficiency. These combined experiences allowed Farzad to identify a significant problem in HVAC systems and conceptualize an innovative solution that simultaneously addresses energy efficiency, material preservation, and personal comfort. His background provided the technical knowledge, practical insights, and motivation necessary to develop Templit’s unique approach to temperature control.

Parviz Azadpeyma

CFO and Co-founder

Parviz Azadpeyma has a B.S. in Accounting and over 34 years of financial expertise. As a Certified Accountant, he manages Templit’s finances, focusing on growth and profitability. As a Certified Accountant and the “Official Accountant of Iran,” Parviz brought rigorous financial analysis skills to the project. His experience owning a poultry farm exposed him firsthand to the challenges of maintaining precise temperature control for optimal productivity while managing energy costs. This practical experience with various HVAC systems in an agricultural setting offered valuable insights into real-world applications and limitations of existing technologies. Furthermore, Parviz’s entrepreneurial spirit demonstrated through founding and investing in successful businesses, contributed to the team’s ability to identify market opportunities and develop a viable business model for Templit. His expertise in financial planning, risk management, and strategic decision-making has been instrumental in refining the proposal and ensuring its financial feasibility.
